The prices quoted are per apartment and day for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Included in the price are:
- VAT
- Electricity, hot water & heating
- Bed linen, towels & dish towels
- Use of the wellness area
- Covered parking lot
- SüdtirolPass for the use of regional bus and train lines
For stays of 7 nights, we offer you additional comfort:
- Intermediate cleaning
- 1x bed linen change
- 2x towel change

We are also happy to welcome our animal friends.
However, these are only permitted on request.
For dogs we charge € 10.00 – 15.00 per day!

Additional costs & breakfast:
- Children from 0 – 2 years stay free of charge
- Additional occupancy: € 15.00 (Lodge € 20.00 – 30.00) per additional person/night
- Buffet breakfast:

€ 8.00 per child - Fresh bread in the morning? – We are happy to deliver freshly baked bread rolls directly to your door every day!
Arrival and departure:
- Check-in: from 3 pm
(for arrivals after 7 pm, please call us)
Early check-in is possible depending on availability. - Check-out: between 7.30 am to 10 am
Reservation conditions:
So that we can make a binding reservation for your apartment, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total cost after confirmation of our offer.
As soon as we have received the payment, your booking is guaranteed.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival is free of charge (we will refund the deposit or can retain it for a future booking)
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival, we will charge 50% of the total price.
- In the event of cancellation from 14 days before arrival, no-show or early departure, we will charge 90% of the booked stay.
Tip: To protect yourself against possible costs, we recommend taking our travel cancellation insurance.
